    Joined RaftLabs as its first engineer. No codebase, no standards, no team.

    Chose the stack (React, Node, Hasura, AWS Lambda) and set the coding standards and CI that every RaftLabs project still runs on.

    SCALING

    Team grew 1 → 30+. Mentored 10+ engineers and led 3–5 person teams on client systems.

  4. 042024-Present

    IMPACT

    1M+ users served. 10,000 events/minute processed. Sync times cut 97%. RaftStack adopted by all 30+ engineers.

    • Rolled out AI-assisted development org-wide (TDD enforcement, 7 Claude Code skills, planning protocol)
    • Own technical strategy and architecture review across client systems in iGaming, EdTech and Gaming

    Senior Software Engineer

    • Led 3–5 engineer teams shipping the affiliate platform (1M+ players, 1K → 10K events/min, 99.9% attribution accuracy)
    • Rebuilt a retail POS client on Tauri/Rust — sync 5+ min → under 10 s, memory 800 MB → under 100 MB
    • Mentored 10+ engineers as the team scaled toward 30
